5. WINNER DETERMINATION AND VERIFICATION:
Administrator is an independent ecommerce organization whose decisions as to the administration and operation of the Contest and the selection of potential winners is final and binding in all matters related to the Contest. Receiving a prize is contingent upon compliance with these Official Rules. After The 2019 Masters Tournament is complete, Administrators will review the eligible entries received and select the potential winner based on the accuracy of the guesses, on or about April 10, 2019. Up to one winner will be selected based on the following factors, in the following order: tournament winner, winning score (relative to par), final round score, entry timestamp. If there is a tie, the next factor in the list above will be considered as the tie-breaker. If no entrants correctly guess the winner of The 2019 Masters Tournament, then the prize will go to the entrant who guessed the other two scores correctly. If no entrant correctly guesses the final score, the closest score will be selected, with the final round score as the tie-breaker. The potential winner will be notified by email at the Email Address used to enter the Contest.
The potential Grand Prize Winner (parent/legal guardian if winner is a minor in his/her state of residence) (residents of Alabama and Nebraska must be 19 years of age or older and residents of Mississippi must be at least 21) may be required to sign and return, each in the form provided by Sponsor, an affidavit, liability release and/or other related documents (collectively, the “Affidavit”), at Sponsor’s sole discretion, before they are confirmed as winners. Should this be the case, the potential winners must return the completed Affidavit within five (5) business days from the date of notification or the Prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner selected at random. Once each potential winner's eligibility is verified, he/she will be confirmed as a winner. Prizes will be sent to the winners within thirty (30) days from the date the winners are confirmed.
All decisions of Sponsor on all matters relating to this Contest, including, without limitation, decisions related to its selection and determination of potential winners of this Contest shall be final and binding and not subject to challenge or appeal.
